The senior medical officer expressed satisfaction over the immunization work in the block

Jadla (Nawanshahr), 8 May 2021 (STN) Civil Surgeon Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Dr. As per the directions of Gurdeep Singh Kapoor, the Health Department has launched an Intensive Vaccination Campaign to defeat the corona virus and achieve “Mission Fateh”. Under this link senior medical officer of primary health center Muzaffarpur Dr. Teams from the health department led by Gitanjali Singh visited various immunization centers in the block including Jadla and expressed satisfaction over the immunization work.

On the occasion Dr. Gitanjali Singh said that a total of 268 eligible persons above the age of 45 years were vaccinated in eight immunization centers of the health block today under the Covid Roku Intensive Vaccination Campaign. He said that 20 eligible beneficiaries in Muzaffarpur, 50 in Jadla, 8 in Jabbowal, 30 in Kot Ranjha, 50 in Bharta Khurd, 30 in Saloh, 40 in Kishanpura and 40 in Rahon were given the benefit of free vaccination facility.

Speaking on the occasion Senior Medical Officer Dr. Gitanjali Singh said that we are going through a stressful time during Corona period but time is not always the same. “We have to fight, not be afraid of Corona, and move forward with caution,” he said. He said that the health department has intensified the campaign to create awareness among the people about the precautions and guidelines issued to prevent the spread of COVID-19, to increase sampling and vaccination against COVID. The anti-covid vaccination campaign against covid is now being carried out in a systematic way to motivate people to get vaccinated.

Dr. Singh appealed to the people to get vaccinated and said that this vaccination is completely safe. The Department of Health’s fight against the corona epidemic continues and will be won with the covid vaccine.

On this occasion, among others, Dr. Baljit Kaur, LHV Other health department employees including Kulwant Kaur and ANM Rakesh Kumari were present.
