Civil Surgeon Dr. Gurdeep Singh Kapoor today released a ‘Warning Pamphlet’, the main objective of which is to make people aware of the serious consequences of the Corona epidemic who are not following the guidelines and precautions of the Health Department. The pamphlet warned against wearing face masks to prevent the spread of the corona virus. It shows a picture to make people aware that if they do not wear a face mask, they may have to wear an oxygen mask.
Civil Surgeon Dr. Gurdeep Singh Kapoor said that we want people to take the critical situation of Corona epidemic seriously. If a person thinks that he has a strong fight against the disease and will not be affected by the disease, then he is wrong, because he also understands that he has become a carrier of the disease and his family with low immunity. Infections can endanger the lives of members or loved ones who suffer from co-morbidities. “We must understand that it is better to stay at home than to be hospitalized,” he said.
Speaking on the occasion District Immunization Officer Javinderwant Singh Bains said that we hope that this warning pamphlet would be helpful in creating awareness among the people.
