Jalandhar, July 6(STN)– In the wake of rising applications related to passport services, all Passport Sewa Kendras and Post Office Passport Sewa Kendras falling within the jurisdiction of Jalandhar RPO will remain open this Saturday i.e. July 8, 2023 to facilitate applicants.
Divulging the details, Regional Passport Officer Mr. Anoop Singh said the the ministry of external affairs has taken this decision to facilitate and assist applicants. He said that now appoints for passport related services are available for July 8, 2023; now applicants can re-schedule and book their slots accordingly by visiting the official website of Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi at
www.passportindia.gov.in. The appointment availability for 08.07.2023 can be
checked from the above official website.
In this regard, it is also
informed that no institution or middleman has been authorized by the Ministry of
External Affairs, so the general public is advised to apply for their passport directly
from the official portal of the MEA i.e. www.passportindia.gov.in and do not come
in contact with any agent or middleman, he added.
