Jalandhar, 2 Oct(STN): Mr. Manpreet Singh Dhillon SP, Investigation Jalandhar Rural and Mr. Balbir Singh, P.P. under the special campaign launched against the worst part of the society against drug and traffickers as per the directions of Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar PPS SSP, Jalandhar Rural. Team of Maqsood police station traced the murder case in 06 hours.
While giving information to the press, Mr. Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar PPS SSP, Jalandhar rural said that Surinder Singh son of Mr. Pyaara Singh resident of village Kahanpur called and complained on 112 help line Jalandhar rural about 3 missing girls of his tenant Sushil Mandal. In which SI Sikandar Singh Chief Officer Maqsuda reached the spot and searched around but they were not found. At around 08:00, they got together again for search operation. He went to Sushil Mandal, who had taken out the trunk from the room and kept it outside, who said that all the three girls were in the trunk. They all opened the trunk and saw that the three girls those were reported missing were locked in the trunk and they all were dead. Mild foam was coming out of the child’s mouth They suspected that the case was suspicious. Sushil started saying that the girls seem to have entered the trunk while playing and died due to the trunk being closed. Jaswinder Lal, Harbhajan Singh and Harbans Singh, three residents of Kahanpur were also present with him. These neighbours said that suspected Sushil Mandal, was drunk during the night and even today, and seeing the bad condition of his wife Mauju Devi, officer took Sushil aside and asked him a little harshly about the death of the children, and he admitted that he and his wife mistakenly mixed poisonous medicine in their milk and gave it to the three. During the investigation Sushil Mandal and his wife Manju Rani have been arrested and interrogated in depth.
